The Ms Fitness competitors are scored based on their personal overall grooming, cosmetic appeal, and public communication skills.  For the Poise and Projection Round, they must demonstrate confidence with the audience.  It is important to be able to speak clearly and concisely.  Ms Fitness is looking for those that carry themselves well to be spokes people for the health and fitness industry.  Ms Fitness is not about being just a beautiful body, the women of Ms Fitness must express to the judges that they have an important message on living a healthy and fit lifestyle while demonstrating poise and grace under scrutiny.
